What is the difference between lidar and photogrammetry for objects?

Compared to photogrammetry, LiDAR produces scans with greater detail and accuracy. The fact that it can work well in adverse conditions (for example, with low light or lots of vegetation) makes it the ideal system for situations where accuracy is more important. Photogrammetry and LIDAR are two different methods of acquiring spatial data and have their own advantages and disadvantages.
